Zero Pluss is currently working at Krungsri Auto in the role of Digital Customer Insights for UX. Prior to this, they were a Senior UX Designer at PRUXUS and SCB – Siam Commercial Bank focusing on user research, design, and testing. They have a background in web design and received a Bachelor's degree in Education of Technology from Burapha University.
