Parkpoom Horsakulkon's work experience includes serving as the Vice President of People Development at Krungthai-AXA Life Insurance PCL since August 2009. Prior to that, they worked as a Business Consultant at Convergys from August 2008 to July 2009. From June 2004 to July 2008, they held the role of Training Manager at True Corporation, and before that, they worked as a Training Specialist at Orange from May 2001 to June 2004.

Parkpoom Horsakulkon obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Ramkhamhaeng University. In addition, they have obtained various certifications from LinkedIn and Coursera, including certifications in topics such as negotiation, problem solving, creative thinking, leading teams, and digital transformation. The most recent certification they obtained was "The Future of Workplace Learning" from LinkedIn in November 2020.
