Edith Silva

Edith Silva is currently the Onboarding Manager at Kruze Consulting. Prior to that, they were the Technical Implementation Accounting Manager at ScaleFactor from March 2018 to September 2020. In that role, they led operations and reviews for month end processes, such as journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and G/L discrepancies. Edith also developed and directed implementation projects from beginning to end for clients across a range of industries, including retail, software, and consulting.

Conducting strategic Deep Dive meetings with new customers to develop a thorough understanding of their Financial Statements and current internal processes is one of Edith's strengths. Edith has a focus on establishing more creative and efficient workflows to help them reach their business goals. Edith is also an adept project manager, efficiently allocating milestones within the team and ensuring final project quality is suitable to be transitioned to internal Quality Control team.

Proactively assessing accounting and system issues that may arise with customers and liaising with internal executive team to design and execute a recovery plan are two more areas in which Edith excels. Edith is always looking for opportunities for improvement across business, improving procedures to create efficiencies - such as helping to productize the customer’s onboarding journey to minimize time spent in implementation.

In addition to their professional accomplishments, Edith is also known for their monthly company-wide yoga classes, which always include guided meditations during quarterly company meetings.

Edith Silva has a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas at El Paso in Accounting. Edith is also a 200 Hour Certified Yoga Instructor from Yoga Alliance.
