Matilda Ehlin has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Matilda is currently working at Kry, where they are involved in people operations and improvement projects. Prior to this, Matilda was a Talent Partner at Kry, responsible for establishing and defining the company's student recruitment and relations function, managing the employer brand, and developing graduate and internship programs.

Finally, during their high school years, Matilda co-founded and managed their own company, Study Green UF. The company imported organic study materials from China and used the profits to fund education for orphans in Ethiopia.
