Kevin Bufi

Kevin Bufi is an experienced legal and public policy professional, currently serving as Advisor to the Prime Minister and Coordinator for Regional Cooperation at Kryeministria since April 2022, with previous roles including Aide to the Prime Minister and Advisor to the Chief Negotiator. Prior to this, Kevin was an Assistant Lecturer of Financial Law at the University of Tirana from November 2021 to September 2022, and held the position of Head of the IPA Unit and Specialist at Avokatura e Shtetit from March 2021 to May 2022, focusing on financial assistance mechanisms for EU accession. Kevin's earlier experience includes serving as a Legal Assistant at Lamaj Law Firm. Academically, Kevin holds an Advanced Master's in International Dispute Settlement and Arbitration from KU Leuven and Leiden University, as well as a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Tirana.
