Emily Hanegraaff has worked in the accounting and pastry industries since 2006. Emily began their career as a Pastry Chef at The Point Lake and Golf Club in 2006. In 2011, they took on a cake designer role at The Icing and the Cake, in addition to a Pastry Chef role at Black Velvet Patisserie. In 2014, they began working as an Accountant and Payroll Manager at Carolina Comprehensive Health Network. Since 2015, they have worked as an Accountant at Kryo, Inc.

Emily Hanegraaff obtained their Certification in Bookkeeping from US Career Institute in 2014 and an Associates Degree in Pastry Arts from Pennsylvania Culinary Institute in 2004.
