Donna Zazula

Donna Zazula is currently the Chief People Officer at Krypt. Prior to this, they were the Global Engagement and Diversity Director at Quadient from September 2017 to March 2022. In this role, Donna was responsible for leading the change management delivery of global engagement and diversity programs. Donna also provided leadership and support to create advanced HR services focused on fostering a highly engaged culture and inclusive work environment.

During their time at Quadient, Donna developed a Smart Work program aimed at creating a more inclusive, empathetic, and agile workforce in response to pandemic challenges. Donna also established global Empowered Communities groups aimed at increasing awareness and education around underrepresented communities. In addition, Donna created and delivered a comprehensive employee engagement strategy that included survey and recognition programs.

Prior to their role at Quadient, Donna worked as a Senior Recruiter at Symcor from June 2007 to May 2010 and as a Senior Staffing Specialist at Fidelity Investments from September 2000 to June 2007. Donna also served as the Director of HR at Redknee from April 2010 to September 2017.

Donna Zazula has a type: Bachelor in Economics from the University of Toronto. Donna also has certification from INSEAD in the INSEAD Gender Diversity Program and from LinkedIn in Organization Design.
