John Karakkal

John Karakkal is an experienced executive currently serving as the VP and Head of North America Sales & Marketing at Krystal Biotech, Inc. since 2020. Prior to this role, John held key positions at Sanofi Genzyme, including Head of Gaucher & ASMD for US Rare Diseases and Senior Director for the Gaucher Brand. John's career at Bristol-Myers Squibb spanned nearly two decades, during which John served in various capacities, including Director of the US & Global Commercial Lead for Transplant and Associate Director of HCP Marketing in Cardiovascular.
