What You’ll Do

  • Define and develop test automation strategy and framework for testing multiple platforms like Web/UI, and APIs by incorporating industry best practices.

  • Create, maintain, and execute manual and automated test cases and test scripts in accordance with quality standards.

  • Report, track, and escalate anomalies discovered during testing and ensure closure on the issues.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective testing as part of a regular release schedule.

  

Key Skills

  • Proficient working with software QA tools such as Mabl, JMeter, Postman, SoapUI, Selenium, Cucumber, etc.

  • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient in one or more object-oriented programming language(s) and/or scripting language(s), i.e. Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.

  • Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, SQL and Git or other version control software.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication skills and self-motivated.

  • Passion and commitment to software excellence, and a practical sense of how to get it done.

Typical Experience & Education

  • 3-5 years of experience in software testing with Web applications using manual and automated tools.

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical discipline.
