With prior experience as an Associate at the firm, McNerney began a career in finance as an Analyst in the Real Estate and Lodging Group at Citi before transitioning to roles as a Research Assistant at the University of Virginia and as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Citi. McNerney holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance with a Real Estate Track from the University of Virginia and has also studied at The London School of Economics and Political Science.
