ASSOCIATE PRODUCTION DESIGNER

KSV is seeking a motivated designer with a strong focus on production design, execution, and collaboration to join our creative team. Reporting to the Associate Design Director, this role is key to finalizing and preparing creative assets for various platforms, ensuring they meet technical and brand specifications. You will be involved in resizing, breakouts, layouts, deck building, and social media projects, while also having the opportunity to support broader creative initiatives and contribute to campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Asset Creation and Adaptation: Resize, format, and adapt creative assets for different platforms and media, including print ads, digital banners, social media posts, and websites.

  • Design Execution:
    Implement and execute design ideas into final layouts, ensuring all visual elements align with the agency’s creative direction and the client’s brand guidelines.

  • Quality Control:
    Review design work for consistency, color accuracy, and technical specifications, ensuring files are print-ready or optimized for digital use.

  • File Preparation:
    Prepare and package final design files for delivery to printers, media buyers, or digital platforms, ensuring all elements meet technical specifications and industry standards.

  • Collaborate with Creative Team:
    Work closely with art & creative directors, designers, copywriters, and account managers to execute creative campaigns and materials from concept to completion.

  • Image Search and Organization:
    Act as the primary resource for image sourcing and asset organization for various projects.

  • Manage Multiple Projects:
    Oversee and juggle multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is maintained across all deliverables.

  • Contribution to Creative Ideas:
    Participate in brainstorms and creative sessions, bringing insights that add value to campaigns through a design lens.

  • Adaptation and Feedback:
    Revise designs based on feedback from creative leads, clients, and account teams, ensuring the final output meets the strategic goals of the project.

Qualifications

  • 0–1+ years of relevant experience

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

  • Portfolio demonstrating versatility and strong design production skills

  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work across all platforms

  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively within a creative team

  • Adaptability and willingness to take direction and adjust designs as needed

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Proactive mindset and openness to learning new skills and design techniques

Bonus Points For

  • Proficiency with web design, CMS platforms, Figma, or basic video editing.

  • Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Monday, or Wrike.
