Jouni Halonen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy, development, and business consulting. Currently serving as a Strategy & Development Manager at KT-Shelter since January 2024, Jouni previously worked as a Business Consultant at Talentree Oy from February 2019 to January 2024. During a five-year consulting career, Jouni successfully created strategies and business plans for ten organizations, implemented various quality and environmental management systems, and served as an outsourced Quality & HSE manager. Earlier roles included Service Coordinator and Project Coordinator at the Kuopio Region Chamber of Commerce, as well as sales positions at K-rauta Naumanen and Kodin Terra Kuopio. Jouni holds a degree from Savonia University of Applied Sciences, earned between 2013 and 2017.
