Howard Wu

Howard Wu has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Howard is currently working as a Product Manager at KT Tape since March 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Cricut as an Associate Global Product Manager, Hardware from May 2021 to January 2023, where they oversaw in-market cutting machines and implemented formal processes for product change management. Before that, Howard worked at Brydge as a Global Supply Manager from April 2019 to May 2021, where they collaborated with product development teams and contract manufacturers to bring new consumer electronics products to market. Howard also spent 50% of 2019 in China and was responsible for managing supplier relationships and driving quality improvements. In 2018, Howard worked at Hinterland Skis as a Product and Operations Manager, where they developed a new product line, overhauled the supply chain, and revamped the manufacturing process. Howard also had an internship at AT&T as a Product Management MBA Intern in their Leadership Development Program in 2017. Additionally, Howard founded and co-owned WSD Custom Skis from June 2009 to November 2015, where they managed the custom ski brand, initiated a unique customer buying experience, and developed relationships with retail stores and sponsored athletes. Prior to that, they worked as an Aerospace Engineer at Aeros Aeronautical Systems from October 2007 to November 2008 and as a Mechanical Engineer at WorleyParsons from June 2006 to October 2007. In these roles, Howard designed and built mechanical systems, tested and analyzed new materials and system designs, and ensured compliance with industry codes and specifications.

Howard Wu received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering at UCLA. Following this, they pursued higher education at the University of California, Davis - Graduate School of Management, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from 2016 to 2018.
