Gil Marques

Gil Marques is the Co-Founder & COO of KTA Financial Services, where they have been working since January 2024. Prior to this, they held positions such as Managing Member at FCA Ventures, Chief Operations Officer at Bright Health, and SVP of Enterprise Operations at HMS. Gil Marques has a diverse background in industrial engineering, quality management, and operations leadership, with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, a Graduate Certificate in Operations Leadership & Organizational Management from Drexel University, and an M.S. in Industrial & Manufacturing Systems Engineering Management from The University of Texas at Arlington. Their experience extends to roles at Parkland Hospital, Cook Children's Health Care System, and Lockheed Martin.
