Jessica Lam

Jessica Lam is a Project Associate at KTGY since June 2022, with prior experience as an Architectural Intern at Nunez Architects from May 2020 to June 2022. At Nunez Architects, Jessica Lam contributed to feasibility studies, schematic design through 3D modeling and renderings, design development by drafting construction documents, and project management involving coordination with various stakeholders. Project expertise includes residential and commercial developments, including accessory dwelling units, home additions, tenant improvements, and interior design. Earlier in career, Jessica Lam worked as a Personal Tutor at At Home from April 2014 to June 2017, providing individualized homework assistance to elementary and middle school students. Jessica Lam earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona between 2017 and 2022, following graduation from Fountain Valley High School in June 2017.
