Nathan Sciarra

Nathan Sciarra, AIA, is a principal and shareholder at KTGY, where Nathan has been instrumental in the management of the Denver office since September 2004. With a focus on multifamily and mixed-use projects, Sciarra leads a design team through all project stages, from conceptual site planning to construction, ensuring alignment with clients' design, market, and financial objectives. Previously, as associate principal, Nathan managed daily operations, staffing, and client engagement, overseeing various housing projects. Educationally, Nathan holds a Bachelor of Architecture from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and graduated from Crespi High School. Nathan began his career as an intern at JDO Associates Inc in 2003.
