Amy Schermerhorn

Amy Schermerhorn has extensive experience in logistics and operations management, currently serving as Drayage Coordinator II at KTI since January 2023. Previously, Amy held positions at Steam Logistics from August 2021 to January 2023, including Drayage Sales Coordinator and Drayage Operations Manager, emphasizing the importance of perfect shipment management. Prior roles included Drayage Operations Specialist and Patient Access Representative at Conifer Health Solutions from May 2016 to August 2021, where Amy utilized strong communication skills and empathy to ensure accuracy in patient information, data, billing, and insurance claims. Earlier in Amy's career, a role as Lead Teacher at Primrose Schools from October 2010 to April 2016 focused on providing quality education and care for young children and fostering communication with parents and colleagues. Education is being pursued at Grand Canyon University since June 2017.
