Currently serving as Senior General Manager at Kuantum Papers Ltd since May 2023, Adwitiya has a proven track record in feasibility studies, plant reliability enhancement, functional plant layout design, and technology selection. With expertise in budgeting for raw materials and operational costs, Adwitiya has successfully finalized EBIDTA and revenue targets across various units. Previous experience includes serving as General Manager of a Power Plant and a long tenure at Trident Group India in operations and maintenance. Adwitiya holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering, earned between 2000 and 2004.
