Ashesh K Mukherjee

Ashesh K Mukherjee has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the manufacturing industry. Ashesh K is currently serving as the President & Chief Growth Officer at Kuantum Papers Ltd. Prior to this, they worked as the Business Head leading two large & strategic Business Units at Siegwerk from November 2019 to November 2022. Before that, Ashesh held the position of Vice President & Business Head at DIC India Limited from September 2017 to November 2019.

Ashesh K'searlier experience includes serving as the Business Head - Retail, Office Supplies & Stationery Business at BILT from January 2011 to August 2017, where they successfully strengthened distribution channels, introduced new product lines, and achieved significant growth. Ashesh K also served as the Regional Sales Head - West at BILT from March 2006 to December 2010, where they achieved over 100% sales growth by establishing new markets and launching new products.

Ashesh has also worked at ITC Limited, where they held various roles including Regional Sales Manager - West from April 2001 to March 2006, Branch Manager - East from January 1997 to March 2001, and AM-Project Audit at the Corporate Office from October 1994 to December 1996.

At the beginning of their career, they worked as a Plant Engineer for the Paints Business at AkzoNobel (formerly ICI India Limited) from October 1992 to September 1994, where they were responsible for maintenance and leading a team.

Ashesh K Mukherjee has a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Jadavpur University. Ashesh K also holds an Executive MBA degree in Sales, Distribution, and Marketing Operations from the University of Indianapolis. Ashesh is a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers of India (IEI), Kolkata, and is also a Chartered Engineer. Furthermore, they completed an Advanced Management Programme in Business Administration and Management from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
