Glen Johnstone

Glen Johnstone is currently the Director of Operations & MD of The Governance Gym at Kuberno Limited. Prior to this, they were with Lloyds Banking Group for 12 years, where they started as a Senior Manager in Shareholder Communications. Glen eventually became the Head of Shareholder & Ops Support. During their time at Lloyds, Glen was responsible for managing the largest UK shareholder base, driving service strategy and innovation, overseeing AGMs and GMs, and managing corporate actions. Glen was also heavily involved in risk management, business and finance management, statutory disclosures, supplier relationship management, cyber security and information management, regulatory and policy compliance, and training and development. Glen is a skilled manager with a proven track record in driving performance improvements and engagement. Glen is also a divisional lead on culture and values.

Glen Johnstone reports to Zoe Bucknell, Co-Founder, Product Lead & Strategy. Glen Johnstone works with Leah Pieris - Associate Consultant, Christopher Pirnie - Associate Consultant, and Donald Davies - Associate Consultant.
