Graham Tickell has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. In 1995, they started their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Principal Consultant, where they provided leadership in ERP and Supply Chain solutions, and managed programs and portfolios for high-tech, semiconductor, apparel, and entertainment industries. Graham then joined IBM Global Business Services in 2004 as a Client Services Manager and Business Developer, focusing on developing services for the distribution and electronics sectors. During their time at IBM, they consistently met or exceeded objectives.
Tickell transitioned to IBM Business Consulting Services in 2007 as an Associate Partner, leading the implementation of the FOAK EWM solution for Sony Electronics using pre-GA SAP EWM software. Graham successfully implemented EWM at two warehouses, including Sony's main 600,000 sqft warehouse in Los Angeles.
In 2009, Tickell briefly worked at Professional Services as a Business Developer, specializing in SAP program management, quality assurance, contracting, estimating, pricing, and resourcing.
From 2010 to 2013, they joined Ingram Micro, where they held multiple roles, including North America IS Business Leader and Senior Director, IM Global Phase Management - North America. Their responsibilities included IT leadership, ERP delivery, change management, annual budgeting, planning, internal stakeholder management, and portfolio management.
Tickell then spent four years at IBM Global Business Services from 2013 to 2016 as an Associate Partner. Graham was responsible for SAP program delivery, P&L management, and overseeing large and complex programs.
In 2017, Tickell joined Slalom Consulting as a Client Service Lead, providing leadership in client services until 2018.
From 2018 to 2022, they were associated with Smart Energy Water, initially serving as Director of Product Delivery, where they led the customer/product support team, designed support processes, KPIs, and reporting, and increased customer satisfaction. Later, they became a Client Partner, collaborating with clients to meet their needs and deliver optimal solutions.
Currently, Tickell is employed at KUBRA as a Regional Sales Manager, starting in December 2022.
