Elizabeth Ekanem has an extensive work experience in the banking industry. Elizabeth is currently serving as the Head of Service Recovery at Kuda since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Sterling Bank Plc from October 2016 to May 2022, where they held roles in Audit Assurance and Complaints Management, Customer Experience. Before that, they worked at Keystone Bank Limited from April 2015 to October 2016 as a Team Lead in Complaints Resolution. From August 2012 to March 2015, they worked at Enterprise Bank as a Team Lead in Complaints Resolution. Lastly, they worked at Access Bank Plc from October 2008 to August 2012, where they held roles such as Team Lead in Ebanking Operations, Contact Centre, Complaints Follow up and Resolution, and Team Lead in the Contact Centre.
Elizabeth Ekanem attended the University of Calabar from 1999 to 2004. During this time, they pursued a degree in Education Economics and obtained a second-class degree upon completion of their studies.
