Franklin Akinboboye

Franklin Akinboboye is a seasoned customer support professional currently serving as a Senior Customer Support Specialist at Kuda since August 2021, where responsibilities include acting as the primary point of contact for customers and assessing their needs for satisfaction. Previously, Franklin worked at Wuraville College as a Customer Support Specialist and also taught Data Processing and Code Lagos, introducing computer programming fundamentals using Python. Earlier experience includes an internship at ExxonMobil focused on loss prevention and risk engineering, and participation in a Students Work Experience Program with Oyo State Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Agency, gaining hands-on experience in geophysical surveys and borehole drilling. Franklin's leadership capabilities were demonstrated as the Assistant Public Relations Officer for the Society of Petroleum Engineers at the University of Ibadan, where a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering was earned.
