Genevieve Aronu

Genevieve Aronu has held various roles in the past four years. In 2021, they were a Partner Management Associate (Channel Sales) at Nomba, where they fostered the recruitment, onboarding and continuous training of interns that ensured the acquisition of skillful talents, bringing about impactful growth on the team. Genevieve also improved relationships with customers and partners which established long-term business growth with 1000+ partners, and strategically devised plans of action to surpass growth targets and revenue projections which led to high praises from their supervisor. In 2020, they were a Customer Success Associate at Nomba, where they performed as the lead point for any and all matters specific to customer accounts which brought about positive feedback from 1000+ customers. Genevieve also proffered adequate solutions to customer problems via digital communications that led to the retention of 150+ customers, and portrayed ample product knowledge to navigate work tools and software which resulted in exceeding customer expectations and approbation from their team lead. In 2019, Genevieve was a Personal Assistant at Tashaturf Event Planners, where they planned and organized meetings between clients and the CEO, set up reminders for events and meetings with the use of Outlook. Genevieve also answered inbound and outbound phone calls while prioritizing its urgency, prepared itineraries, sent out emails, prepared and disseminated information on behalf of the CEO, took down notes during meetings whilst highlighting salient points with the use of One note, organized travel plans, booked flights and made hotel reservations, and submitted reports on briefings, customers requests and complaints. Genevieve was also a Customer Service Representative at Outcess in 2019. In 2017, Genevieve was a Site Supervisor at Mosaf Construction Nig Ltd, where they coordinated and directed construction workers and subcontractors, administered effective stock record of materials delivered and consumed on site, and was involved in safety/site meetings, project planning and execution.

Genevieve Aronu completed their Bachelor of Science in Building/Woodworking Technology Education from the University of Benin in 2018. Prior to that, they obtained their NCE in Building Technology Education from the Federal College of Education (Tech) Akoka in 2015. In 2021, they received a Jobberman Soft skill training certificate from Jobberman Nigeria. Additionally, in 2020 they obtained a Certificate of Discharge from the National Youth Service Corps.
