Joshua Alabi

Joshua Alabi has held several roles in the technology and business intelligence space since 2017. In 2021, they are currently an Enterprise Business Solutions Specialist at Nomba, where they are responsible for maintaining the organizational Zoho Apps, importing and exporting data, and integrating sales and marketing channels. Prior to this role, they were a Business Intelligence Analyst at ROAM (Ringier One Africa Media) from 2019-2021, where they provided analysis and insights, customized and implemented Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, Zoho Analytics and Zoho Survey, and assisted in knowledge share to ensure all business intelligence stakeholders were provided with adequate documentation and training. Joshua also held a Data Entry Intern role at Jobberman Nigeria in 2018 and a Business Process Intern (Data Entry) role at MainOne from 2017-2018, where they digitized Mainone Group business continuity documents and was part of the project team on Document Management System (DMS) development and deployment.
