Naana Mensa has extensive experience in technical support and client services, currently serving as a Technical Support Engineer and Customer Success Engineer at Kudobuzz since January 2019. Prior to this role, Naana held the position of Client Services Manager at RetailTower from January 2016 to the present, focusing on client relations and service delivery. Earlier experience includes working as a Business Development Executive at Netdeal Ghana Company Ltd from October 2013 to January 2015 and as an Administrative Assistant at the Office of the Pro Vice-Chancellor, University of Ghana, Legon, from August 2012 to July 2013. Naana holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Political Science from the University of Ghana, earned between 2008 and 2012, and a certificate from Wesley Grammar School.
