Dieu Nguyen

Dieu Nguyen (Rina) is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources management, currently serving as the National Talent Acquisition Manager at Kuehne+Nagel since April 2020. In this role, Dieu manages talent acquisition initiatives in Vietnam, overseeing the full recruitment and selection process while ensuring quality hires meet established Key Performance Indicators. Prior to this, Dieu held the position of ESS Manager at HR2B/Talent Recruitment JSC, where focus was on executive search and selection within the manufacturing and logistics sectors. Earlier experience includes work as a Key Account Executive at Holcim, managing business relationships in the Mekong Delta and Hochiminh areas, and as a Sales Executive at 3C Electric Electronic Limited Company. Dieu holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Vietnam Aviation Academy.
