Marshal Albert Antony

Marshal Albert Antony possesses extensive experience in human resources and total rewards management, spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Global Total Rewards Partner at Kuehne+Nagel since July 2014, previous roles include Regional Human Resources Manager and Assistant Manager HR. Prior experience at IBM from August 2008 to April 2014 involved managing HR delivery and process transformation, alongside transitioning HR transfers and acquisitions. At Thomson Reuters, between October 2005 and August 2008, responsibilities included preparing MIS reports, conducting salary surveys, and developing compensation models. Early experience at Fidelity Investments and Crossdomain involved team leadership and client report validation. Marshal Albert Antony holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance from Kerala University.
