Sarah Kreienbühl

Chief Human Resources Officer at Kuehne + Nagel

Sarah Kreienbühl leads the Global Human Resources Management at Kuehne+Nagel as well as the Group’s environmental, social and governance (ESG) and quality, health, safety and environment (QHSE) strategy.

She has a range of executive experience in various global industries, Sarah joined the Management Board of Kuehne+Nagel in April 2023 to lead Global Human Resources Management with additional responsibilities for ESG and QSHE.

Sarah is a Member of the Board of Directors at Rieter AG where she chairs the Nomination and Remuneration committee. She is also honorary President of the Swiss Management Society (SMG).

From 2017 to 2022, Sarah was a Member of the Executive Board at Migros Federation of Cooperatives, Switzerland’s largest private employer with around 100,000 employees. In her function, she took over the areas of Corporate Human Resources, Corporate Sustainability, Corporate Communication and Culture. Her responsibilities also included driving the success of Migros' extensive Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs like the Think Tank Gottlieb Duttweiler Institute.

From 2004 to 2017, Sarah was a Member of the Group Executive Board and responsible for Corporate Human Resources Management, Corporate Communication, Sustainability and CSR at Sonova—the listed global market leader in hearing healthcare.

Sarah has a degree in applied psychology from the University of Zurich, Switzerland.
