Thomas Kagie

Thomas Kagie is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and customer service management within the logistics sector. Currently serving as Manager Customer Service & Business Support at Kuehne+Nagel since January 2022, Thomas previously held the role of Operations Manager at Ingram Micro Commerce & Lifecycle Services, where responsibilities included overseeing daily operations for a team of 10 supervisors and approximately 250 indirect employees. Thomas has also contributed as a Quality & Continuous Improvement Specialist and Quality Engineer, leading improvement projects focused on enhancing both process and product quality. In addition to logistics, Thomas has experience in local politics as a campaign leader for Leefbaar 's-Hertogenbosch and co-owned Rent Loyal, a car rental business in Curaçao. Thomas holds a Bachelor's degree in Logistics & Economics from Breda University of Applied Sciences and is currently pursuing a post-bachelor's degree in Financial Management.
