Bhakti Indu Nayak

Bhakti Indu Nayak is currently the Compliance Lead and Company Secretary at Kuhoo Finance since August 2025, bringing extensive experience in legal and compliance roles. Previously, Bhakti served as Manager - Legal & Secretarial and Legal Compliance Manager at LenDenClub from February 2023 to July 2025. Prior experience includes working as a Legal Associate at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co, where involvement in contract management and due diligence was prominent. Bhakti also held the role of Compliance Associate at Algo Legal, managing statutory compliances and record maintenance. Earlier positions include Associate Company Secretary at Robert Pavrey and Associates and Assistant Company Secretary at World Trade Centre Mumbai, with foundational experience as a Management Trainee at Grasim Industries Limited. Bhakti holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law from Government Law College, Mumbai, a Company Secretary qualification from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, and a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from Kishinchand Chellaram College.
