Xinji Zhang

XinJi Zhang is an experienced professional with a strong background in mechanical engineering and management. Currently serving as the MHS Manager at K&S since February 2005, XinJi progressed from the role of Mechanical Engineer to Senior Function Manager II, leading cross-functional teams on advanced packaging projects. Previous positions include Senior Program/Function Manager and Senior Mechanical Manager, with responsibilities that included developing MHS modules and overseeing mechanical teams for specialized machinery. Prior to K&S, XinJi worked as a Mechanical Engineer at Maxtor and as a Senior Design Engineer at Manufacturing Integration Technology Ltd. XinJi holds a Master’s degree in Computer Control & Automation from Nanyang Technological University Singapore and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Harbin University of Science and Technology.
