Tracy Kulik

Tracy Kulik is a seasoned executive in the public health and social services sector, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of KULIK STRATEGIC ADVISERS INC. since August 2019. Previously, Tracy held the position of Vice President of Health Access at Germane Solutions from June 2014 to July 2019, where leadership focused on Federally Qualified Health Centers and public health initiatives. With extensive experience as President of Collaborative Research, LLC, from 2002 to May 2014, and roles at Stroudwater Associates and Kurt Salmon Associates, Tracy has demonstrated a strong commitment to supporting safety-net organizations. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Public Health from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Amherst College, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Premedical Science from Canisius University.
