Donna Grier

Donna Grier serves as a Board Member at KULR Technology Group, Inc., where Donna holds the position of Audit Committee Chair and is involved with the Nominations & Governance and Compensation Committees. Grier also chairs the Audit & Risk Management Committee at Global Advanced Metals and leads as Chair of the Board of Trustees at Washington & Jefferson College, previously chairing the Financial Stewardship Committee. From 2018 to 2020, Grier was a Board Member at Pyxus International, Inc. and spent two decades at DuPont, retiring as Vice President & Treasurer, where significant contributions included managing the Treasury organization and overseeing key mergers and acquisitions. Grier's career includes extensive experience in auditing and compliance as Vice President - General Auditor and Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer at DuPont. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance & Accounting from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a BA in Economics & Psychology from Washington & Jefferson College, and participation in the Women on Boards program at Harvard Business School.
