Saale Kaing

Saale Kaing currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at Kultuuriministeerium / Estonian Ministry of Culture since December 2023. Previously, Saale held various roles at the Ministry of Education and Research of Estonia, including Employee Relations, Job Evaluation, and Remuneration Coordinator and Analyst, as well as Head of Employee Relations and Remuneration and Human Resources Manager, from October 2021 to December 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Human Resources Coordinator at the Ministry of Defence of Estonia from November 2016 to October 2021, and several positions at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Estonia from August 2001 to October 2016, the most notable being Analyst and Project Manager in the Personnel Department and Head of Recruitment, Rotations, and Administration unit. Saale is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration at TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology after completing a Bachelor's degree in the same field at Stockholm University and secondary education at Nõo Reaalgümnaasium.
