Paul R. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Paul started their career in 2002 as General Manager, People, Strategy & Culture at Codan. From 2005 to 2007, they worked as Executive General Manager - HR, ICT & Health at Cobham, where they were responsible for Human Resources, Information Technology, Employee Health & Wellbeing, Employee Relations, Payroll, and Corporate Services.

In 2007, Paul joined Aliaxis as General Manager, People, Safety & Technology, where they served until 2011. During this time, they managed People, Safety, and Technology functions within the organization.

In 2011, Paul held the role of Executive General Manager - People, Change & Wellbeing at AWD Alliance, where they designed, led, and implemented organization development, health & culture, change management, and HR strategies for a major infrastructure project. Paul then moved on to Bupa as General Manager - Workplace Health Consulting, leading strategies on health risks, solutions, and programs for major organizations and educational institutions.

From 2014 to 2017, Paul served as an Executive Board Member at Workplace Health Association Of Australia (WHAA), a national association focused on workplace health. Paul then joined TerryWhite Chemmart in 2017 as Group Manager - Health & Strategic Partnerships, where they led the development and innovation of health programs and secured strategic partnerships.

In 2017, Paul took on the role of Director - Kumanu Australia (formerly JOOL Health) at Kumanu. Paul provided strategic guidance and consulting support to board and executive members on various aspects of human capital, health and wellness, HR/OD strategies, and organizational culture.

Their most recent role is Founder and Director at Healthy Work Life, which they started in 2020. In this position, Paul continues to leverage their expertise in health and wellness to support organizations and individuals.

Paul R. has a diverse education background. Paul pursued a PhD study in the field of "The impact of time, health, wealth & wisdom on organisations & their people" at the University of South Australia. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Business degree in Organisation Development and a Bachelor of Business degree with a focus on Human Resources/Labour Relations, both from the University of South Australia.

In addition to their formal education, Paul R. also obtained various certifications. Paul obtained a Strong Interest Certification from The Myers-Briggs Company in December 2019. In August 2016, they acquired a Neuro-Linguistic Master Practitioner certification from NLP & Coaching Institute. Furthermore, in April 2016, they obtained a PROSI Change Management certification from Change Management Institute, and in September 2015, they obtained PRINCE2 Agile® Project Management Certifications from Project Management Academy. Apart from these certifications, Paul R. is also a Human Synergistics Practitioner, certified by Human Synergistics Australia & NZ. Paul is also a Myers Briggs Master Practitioner, certified by The Myers-Briggs Company.
