Daniel Vaz has extensive experience in training and development within the corporate sector, currently serving as a Training and Development Coordinator at Kumon since September 2010. Daniel's role involves curating educational content and creating comprehensive teaching plans for LATAM Field Consultants. Previously held positions include Senior Human Resources Analyst and Field Consultant, where responsibilities included employee development, formatting trails for consultants, and strategic coordination of franchise operations. Prior experience includes roles in sales management and commercial analysis across various industries. Daniel holds an MBA in People and Leadership from FGV and has undertaken a degree in History from Unisinos. Currently, Daniel is pursuing a specialization in Tutoring for Distance Education from the Universidade Federal de Mato Grosso do Sul.
