Iaroslav Makarchuk

Iaroslav Makarchuk is a software engineer with extensive experience in application development and team management. Since August 2018, Iaroslav has been working at Kunai, while previously serving as a lead engineer at Samsung Electronics from July 2015 to August 2018, focusing on ARM Trustzone applications, JavaCard applets, and managing a small team. Prior to that, Iaroslav worked as a self-employed freelancer, developing applications for Android and iOS, and creating Firefox extensions. Additional experience includes leading a team at ZSoft for porting a Chromium-based browser and working as a software engineer at Advanced Digital Broadcast, where Iaroslav integrated software solutions for embedded Linux systems. Iaroslav holds a Master of Science in Informational Security from Kharkiv National University of Radioelectronics, earned between 2005 and 2010.
