Corey Mathison

Corey Mathison has over a decade of experience in human resources, with a focus on strategic planning, talent development, performance management, and employee engagement. Corey's most recent role was as Director of Human Resources at Kura Oncology, Inc. Prior to that, Corey served as Associate Director of Human Resources at Ipsen Bioscience. Corey also worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Merrimack, where they were responsible for HR initiatives and support for the Commercial Division. Corey's earlier experience includes roles as an HR Business Partner and HR Generalist at NxStage Kidney Care, as well as a Human Resources Generalist at TimePayment Corp/ Microfinancial Inc. Corey began their career as an Account Executive at Kforce Professional Staffing, where they focused on recruitment and client development activities.

Corey Mathison completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English at the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 2004 to 2008. From 2010 to 2012, Corey pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Human Resource Management at Franklin Pierce University. In 2017, Corey obtained a certification in Health and Wellness, General from Villanova University. Corey also has additional certifications, including Everything DiSC® Certification from Wiley Workplace Learning obtained in August 2023, Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) obtained in December 2020, and a Work Life Balance certification from World at Work obtained in January 2013.
