Amber Morales

Amber Morales has extensive experience in the field of training and development. Amber is currently the Vice President of Training and Development at Kura Sushi USA, previously serving as the Senior Director of Training and Development. Prior to that, they held the role of Senior Director of Training at Luna Grill. Amber also has experience in operations services and training, having worked as the Vice President of Operations Services & Training at Pieology Pizzeria. Amber has also held positions at The Counter as the Director of Education and Development, and at Real Mex Restaurants as a Training and Development Manager.

Amber Morales has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, which they obtained from National University between 2002 and 2004. Prior to that, they attended California State University-Fullerton from 1997 to 2002, where they studied Business Administration and Management as well. In 2014, Amber became a Certified Predictive Index Analyst, specializing in Human Resources Development. Additionally, they received a Certificate in Instructional Design from Langevin in 2010, focusing on Instructional Design.
