D Sudhir Kumar has over 25 years of experience in various roles within the engineering and maintenance field. D Sudhir has served as a Chief Engineer at Kuramathi Island Resort since December 2013, where they are responsible for carrying out engineering operations and maintenance as well as executing major project work. Prior to this, from 2006 to 2013, they worked as a Senior Maintenance Manager at Metro cash & carry India Private limited, overseeing the maintenance department and executing refurbishment projects. D Sudhir has also held senior engineering roles at various luxury hotels such as Golden Palms Hotel & Spa, The Leela Palace Kempinski Bangalore, Atria Hotel Radisson Blu Bangalore, and St. Marks Hotel. D Sudhir'sexperience includes managing various aspects of engineering and maintenance such as air conditioning, refrigeration, electrical, boilers, plumbing, and kitchen equipment. Additionally, they have worked as a Service Engineer at M/s. Konila Aircon. Throughout their career, Sudhir Kumar has been involved in implementing preventive and predictive maintenance activities, preparing maintenance charts, and ensuring documentation of day-to-day activities.

D Sudhir Kumar has a Diploma of Education in Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology/Technician from Janardan Rai Nagar Rajasthan Vidyapeeth University, a Diploma in Electronics from National Apollo Institute of Technical Training, and a Diploma in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning from India Institute of Radio Engineering. D Sudhir also completed their 10th grade at Army Public School Bangalore.
