Udo Lassmann has extensive experience in engineering roles, currently serving as a Prozessingenieur at Kuraray Europe GmbH since September 2008, where responsibilities include optimizing and monitoring processes, implementing improvement projects, and analyzing disruptions. Prior to this, Udo held the position of Betriebstechniker Produktion, focusing on process monitoring and quality assurance. Earlier career roles include Projektingenieur for cleanroom qualification and validation at both Bilfinger Industrial Services and Siemens from 2004 to 2008, involving compliance with GMP guidelines. Udo's education includes a Diplom-Ingenieur in chemical technology from Provadis / FH Darmstadt and a state-certified technician qualification in process engineering from Staatliche Technikerschule Weilburg, along with training as a Chemikant at Hoechst AG.
