Theo Sauvager is an experienced leader in digital product management and design, currently serving as the Director and Head of Digital Product & Design at Scotiabank, where a team of over 50 professionals is focused on enhancing customer journeys and operational efficiencies. Previous roles at Scotiabank include Head of Product for Scotia Digital and Senior Product Manager for Mobile Banking & Payments, highlighting a strong background in product strategy and launch. In addition to work at Scotiabank, Theo is involved in education as a Class Lead & Advisor at KURIOS and a Practitioner at Colectivo23, teaching courses on Digital Product Management. Theo has also contributed as an Advisor to Cien Pies Producciones and as a Global Mentor for Seedstars, while founding Product Lab to support startups in Peru.
