Nico Antonio

Nico Antonio has a diverse work experience in various industries. Nico began their career in 2012 as an Assistant Project Manager at JA Trucking Inc, where they assisted in managing daily operations and handling payroll data. In 2013, they worked as a Ground Manager at Morgan Excavating, responsible for clearing debris and serving as a field representative.

From 2014 to 2016, Nico worked as a Manager at Crafton Beverage Center, overseeing daily operations, managing inventory, and checking invoices. Nico then interned as an Industrial Engineering Intern at Greene Team Pellet Fuel Co in 2016, where they played a role in revamping the lock-out/tag-out program and implementing a kanban system for inventory management.

In 2019, Nico joined 84 Lumber as a Production Manager Trainee, responsible for scheduling production, assessing resource requirements, and supervising production associates. Nico then joined George DeLallo Company in 2020 as a Production Supervisor, utilizing food process engineering and MRP/ERP systems to fulfill orders. In 2021, they took on the role of Quality Assurance Specialist/Quality Engineer, performing inspections, developing corrective action plans, and supervising a quality technician.

Nico's most recent role was as a Production Supervisor/Engineer at Barchemy LLC from October 2022 to January 2023. In this role, they oversaw multiple production lines, implemented automated palletizing robots, and monitored achievement of targets.

Currently, Nico is an Industrial Engineer at Kurt J. Lesker Company, starting in February 2023.

Nico Antonio attended West Virginia University from 2012 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering.
