Shivani Pulimamidi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Shivani is the Co-founder & Co-CEO of Vishwam Corp, an Artificial Intelligence company focused on extracting human emotions and personality using audio and visual data. Shivani also conceptualized and implemented programs for up-skilling youth in technology as a Board Trustee at SukShi. Additionally, Shivani served as the Director, Co-founder & COO of Jukshio, the Executive Program Director of Arise: Be A Phoenix, and the Director of Training at Kushi, where they developed a comprehensive training program for young girls. Shivani also worked in Strategic Partnerships at Ayaam World and served as the Co-founder & COO of Sukshi, a platform facilitating human connection through emotional intelligence. Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, Shivani held the role of Chief Marketing Officer at Trupik Inc. Shivani also has experience in special education and served as an Instructional Supervisor Special Education, BTSA coach, and Resource Specialist at Palo Alto Unified School District. Shivani studied Special Education at San Jose State University.
Shivani Pulimamidi pursued their education with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science- International Relations from Rutgers University between 2000 and 2003. Afterwards, they attended San Jose State University from 2004 to 2008, obtaining a Mild and Moderate Education Specialist Credential with a focus on special education- mild and moderate. Prior to their higher education, Shivani completed their high school education at St. Ann's High School from 1986 to 1996.

Kushi is essentially about empowering women through an inner transformation. To help women discover for themselves, the joy of being self reliant! It is our endeavor to make young women mentally and emotionally strong through a holistic training program. Because when you educate a woman, you truly educate a family! At Kushi , we work towards the inner transformation of women for empowering her to be self-sustainable. We work with girls who have the passion of doing something, had a set goal but were challenged by circumstances and could not pursue their dreams. We provide them with that opportunity which helps them to turn their dream into reality. We perform an intensive training program that comprises various skill set training that a girl passes through making her self driven and self motivated. During this intensive training program we take utmost care that every girl gets maximum exposure to all the training topics and various skill sets that the company has formulated for them.
