Laura Garcia

Laura Garcia has a diverse work experience in various companies. Laura currently works at Kushki as the Operational Strategy Director. Prior to that, they had roles at HP as Sales Operations Management and at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. as an Office Manager. Their first job was at Petrodorado Energy Ltd., where they worked as a Coordinadora Administrativa. Throughout their career, Laura has demonstrated skills in sales operations management, strategy development, and team leadership. Laura has successfully implemented processes and initiatives to improve sales performance and support company growth.

Laura Garcia completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics at Universidad de La Salle from 2008 to 2013. Following that, they pursued a specialization in Regional Development at Universidad de Los Andes from 2015 to 2016. In 2022, Laura attended Babson College for the Summer 2022 Babson Build - The Entrepreneurship Program. Laura is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Universidad de Los Andes, which began in 2022 and is expected to be completed in 2023.
