Oswaldo Andrade Armijos has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Oswaldo started their career as a Trainee Seguridad, Salud y Ambiente at Philip Morris International in 2009. Oswaldo then worked as an Analyst Senior de Proyectos at Citi from 2010 to 2013, where they focused on process optimization, productivity initiatives, and automation projects. From 2013 to 2014, they served as an Analyst de Procesos de Negocio at Corporación Maresa, where they analyzed, designed, and optimized business processes. Oswaldo returned to Citi in 2014 as an Analyst de Soporte en Proyectos, providing support in project management and compliance. In 2016, Oswaldo joined Kushki as the Jefe de Operaciones, responsible for building operational processes and supporting the company's expansion to multiple countries. Oswaldo then took on the role of Gerente Regional de Operaciones from 2018 to 2021, managing the operations team and driving the growth of the company. In 2021, they became the VP Key Projects at Kushki, leading strategic initiatives focused on scaling the company. Currently, they hold the position of VP Sales Engineering at Kushki, leading the global technical pre-sales team and driving business acceleration and deal closure through consultative product support to key clients and sales executives.
Oswaldo Andrade Armijos holds a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Project Management from the University of Melbourne, which was completed from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2010, they earned an Engineer's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad San Francisco de Quito. In 2011, they obtained a Diploma in Finance, General from Tecnológico de Monterrey. Moreover, they have obtained additional certifications, including the PMP® (Project Management Professional) from the Project Management Institute in June 2016 and the GS1 Academic Certificate (Supply Chain Global Standards) from GS1 Australia Ltd in 2015.
