Matthew Gilson

Matthew Gilson is an accomplished digital video producer and journalist with extensive experience in sports media and video production. At Planning Center since April 2018, Matthew creates various video content, including how-to's, announcements, and tutorials. Concurrently, Matthew serves as a PPR Photographer for KUSI Television, capturing game highlights and features for the popular Prep Pigskin Report since August 2018. Previously, Matthew worked at KUSI Television from March 2009 to April 2018 in multiple roles including Sports Producer/Reporter/Videographer and Field Producer, where responsibilities encompassed reporting, shooting, and editing video content. Matthew's background also includes media support for Cuyamaca College Athletics as an Athletics Event Specialist, communication consulting at LPL Financial, and editorial roles with various publishing companies. Matthew holds a B.A. in Journalism, Philosophy, and Theology from Point Loma Nazarene University.
