Ian Hazelton

Ian Hazelton is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in product and user experience design. Currently serving as the Design Director at Kustom since September 2024, Ian focuses on optimizing the checkout experience in the eCommerce sector. Prior roles include Principal Product Designer at Ripe, and at Pollen, as well as Senior Product Designer at Klarna, where responsibilities included enhancing the online shopping experience and overseeing visual design for Klarna checkout. Ian has also held significant positions at Bonnier Broadcasting, Tele2, Viaplay, and ComeOn!, along with freelance work at Sublime Web Design Norway. Proficient in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and design system development, Ian has consistently contributed to the advancement of user-centered design across various platforms and projects.
