Shelby Morbach

Shelby Morbach is an Associate Attorney at Kutak Rock, specializing in intellectual property litigation since August 2022. Previously, Shelby served as an Appellate Law Clerk for Judge David Furman at the Colorado Court of Appeals and worked as a Judicial Law Clerk and Judicial Fellow within the Colorado Judicial Branch. Shelby gained valuable experience as a Legal Intern in the Consumer Protection Section of the Colorado Attorney General's Office and at the Federal Communications Commission, where research and legal writing were key responsibilities. During law school at the University of Colorado, Shelby held roles as a Student Attorney in the Civil Practice Clinic and a Research Assistant, while also completing internships in various legal settings. Shelby holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Colorado Law School and two Bachelor of Arts degrees in English Language and Literature and Criminology from the University of North Florida and the University of South Florida, respectively.
